Executive Board is the highest authority of the Local Union 4004 and is empowered to act on behalf of the member, to assist in urgent matters related to workplace rights. Which means decision-making, for the employee approval. The executive board consists of Unifor Local 4004 president, vice president, finance secretary, recording secretary and trustees.

My name is Lyssa Bélanger and I am the Recording Secretary for local 4004 since 2020. I am Employed by VIA Rail Canada since 1998 on board the trains. I hold the position of Service Manager. In my free time I love doing outdoor activities, camping and travelling.
